Lisa Alvarado is Managing Director at Holistic, an Employee Experience and DEI Firm.

Lisa’s passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion grew organically from her graduate education in the historical study of race, ethnicity, and gender. Lisa has a unique perspective to bring to DEI work as the issues we tackle in this space today have roots in historical movements and systems of inequity.  As an empathetic listener and educator Lisa promotes candid discussion, self-reflection, and learning. 

Lisa has 14  years of experience as a DEI Strategist and HR Professional across industries including  Business Consulting, Philanthropy, Public Health, Education and Technology. Her strong suites include; Executive coaching, Training & Development, public speaking, facilitating tough conversations, and professional writing - both academic and promotional.
