Following the initial analysis, Holistic will determine an action plan that best supports your company’s goals and provide 20-50 hours of support from our consultant team monthly. Through our in-depth research and DNA mapping processes, we will transform your current employee handbook into one that accurately reflects your company’s mission, vision, and culture. Once set up, we provide two months of services to maintain an active and operational employee handbook.

We will moderate focus groups where employees of specific groups (women, LGBTQ+, etc.) come together to share their unique experiences at their organization in a safe and open setting.
