Guthrie Blechman takes a strengths-based, inclusive approach to consulting and facilitation. Their DEI framework is influenced by their work in mental health and homelessness services and behavioral health research. As a creative writer, Guthrie focuses on projects that highlight their diverse and powerful transgender and queer communities. Guthrie has earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing, and served as a 2021 Lambda Literary Fellow for fiction writing. They are a lifelong learner in the areas of racial justice and disability accessibility and advocacy.
