Tom Alexander is Founder and CEO of Holistic, a people analytics company, devoted to the improvement of the employee experience and helping companies grow by developing a roadmap and timeline for positive change. His role includes complete operation of the startup. His work is centered around inclusion, and the fostering of a more diverse, more equitable, more optimistic world. 

Previously, Tom was Chief Operating Officer for 1871, one of the largest technology incubators in the United States, and has worked in the Chicago Mayor’s Office, the Governor’s Office, and as a journalist, speechwriter and government official.
