With a Master's degree in Management from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hendrix College, Aleeya brings a unique blend of business acumen and psychological expertise to her work. Through her role as an Associate Director of Operations, she has actively contributed to using a data-driven approach to improving policies, procedures, and the overall employee experience. With her growing expertise and steadfast commitment to creating inclusive spaces, Aleeya strives to empower individuals and organizations to thrive by embracing diversity and creating positive, transformative work cultures.
