About Holistic
Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data. Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We then work directly with our clients to attack these challenges, measuring our output along the way. We help companies attract better employees, and then work to ensure that those employees stay longer, and are happier and more productive in their roles. All positions are remote.
