About Holistic

Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data. Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We then work directly with our clients to attack these challenges, measuring our output along the way. We help companies attract better employees, and then work to ensure that those employees stay longer, and are happier and more productive in their roles.

Position Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in crafting compelling content, implementing social media strategies, and measuring the impact of our online efforts.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drafting weekly client social media roundup

  • Drafting newsletters on Mailchimp

  • Manage social media platforms

    • Draft engaging Linkedin, Twitter, and Instagram posts / stories with Canva

    • Track analytics/SEO

  • Write and edit written content (as needed)

    • Draft monthly DEI Cultural Calendar

    • Resource guides and webpages

    • Marketing emails for the Client Portal

  • Squarespace

    • Brainstorm blog opportunities and upload blog posts

    • Edit and create website pages

      • Trainings & workshops

      • Products & offerings

      • Resources

  • Take notes for various Holistic meetings (as requested)

Preferred Technical Skills: 

  • Experience/interest creating dynamic content on social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok)

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite

  • Familiarity with web builders such as Squarespace or experience with Adobe Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)

  • Familiarity with Canva desired
