Holistic was launched in April 2018 to help companies create better employee experiences through the use of data. Holistic works with companies to gather and analyze information about all aspects of the employee experience, with a particular focus on creating diverse and inclusive workforces where employees are treated consistently and fairly. We then work directly with our clients to attack these challenges, measuring our output along the way. We help companies attract better employees, and then work to ensure that those employees stay longer, and are happier and more productive in their roles. All positions are remote.

Position Overview

The part time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general support of Holistic’s client-facing operations, as well as support of Holistic’s business development activities, while gaining valuable exposure to the daily operations within a small startup. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the work of Holistic and committed to making an impact. They should be detail-oriented, proactive in communicating their needs, timely in meeting deadlines, and creative in solving problems. A baseline understanding of the role of DEI work and a strong interest in driving positive change are essential.

This position is 15-20 hrs a week, a consistent schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

Administrative work 

  • Manage multiple calendars, prioritizing high need engagements

    Schedule meetings for the leadership team

    Maintain Holistic team Calendar

    Organize meetings, send reminders, create agendas and take notes

    Assist with communications such as drafting emails, editing documents, and preparing memos

    Maintain accurate and updated records within Google Drive

    Support with general one off clerical activities such as travel accommodations, ordering supplies, assisting with retreat planning, etc.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Desire to gain professional experience

  • Familiarity with Google suite and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies

  • Attention to detail, commitment to producing clean, timely work, and strong organizational skills

  • Optimistic and positive attitude

  • Commitment to the mission of Holistic and a desire to help build a world-class People Analytics Organization

  • Strong lived experience or interest in diversity, equity and inclusion

Salary 

$20/ hr.
